Yes, we designed Baby Carrier Harmony to be as comfortable as possible for you to babywear! When you babywear your tiny newborn, position the pressure-relieving waist belt around your waist. As your baby grows, move the belt down to your hips to better distribute the weight. The padded shoulder straps redistribute weight away from your shoulders and back so you can babywear comfortably, even for longer sessions. The baby carrier also has padded back support for lower back relief.Why does Baby Carrier Harmony have two height positions?
In part to provide optimal comfort for your growing baby and in part to enable you to babywear as comfortably as possible. There is one height position for newborns and one for older babies. When carrying an older baby, move the belt to your hips so your baby is at the right height and the weight is distributed better.

There are four positions: newborn, facing in, facing out, and on your back. Your newborn needs a lot of closeness. Carrying your baby facing in strengthens the connection between the two of you, while the warmth from your breath and the sound of your heart provide security for your baby. At around the age of five months, once your baby’s neck muscles have become strong enough to hold up the head unaided, you can begin to carry facing out. As your baby continues to grow, it can be comfortable to carry your baby on your back. You do not have the same degree of supervision when your baby is on your back, so it is important to wait until they have turned one before using this position.Is Baby Carrier Harmony easy to use and adjust?

Since fabrics are such an important part of our textile products, we develop the majority of our fabrics in-house. This allows us to ensure high and consistent quality and that the fabrics offer the unique properties we require.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class 1 for baby products
All of our fabrics that come into contact with your baby’s skin meet the requirements of OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class 1 for baby products. This means that they’re kind to your baby’s skin and safe to taste. It also means you do not need to wash the baby carrier before using it for the first time.
Washing instructions
Baby Carrier Harmony is machine washable at 40°C. It should be washed separately, and it should not be dried in the dryer. Remember to use a mild, environmentally certified and bleach-free detergent and carefully follow dosage instructions. Do not use fabric softener since this can impair the quality and functionality of the fabric.

The fabric is made from recycled polyester and meets the strict ecological and toxicological requirements of the bluesign® CRITERIA. These fabrics are produced in a resource-conserving way with a minimum impact on people and the environment.

Your satisfaction is our priority! Therefore, all items* may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
All items must be returned with the original receipt or shipping confirmation email.
Merchandise must be in new condition, unused and unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Items must be in 100% re-sellable condition and with all tags in place.*Breast pumps and accessories and fragrances are not returnable under any conditions.
As well all NEW products, strollers, stroller accessories, and car seats must be returned to our store, in Miami, Florida (USA). Please note that products like strollers, car seats, high chairs, bouncers, play yards, and electronics items come with their own Manufacturer Warranty (read more in Manufacturer Warranty). The warranty will cover you in the event of any damages or broken parts, starting from the date of purchase. Because Manufacturer Warranty Service is included, Luna Baby Store reserves the right to not accept returns on any of these used items listed above.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, and we do not ship internationally. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO. All orders of products we have in stock are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the day the order is placed. However, some of the products might be in backorder from the manufacturer. In this case, our customer service will contact you to let you know the expected delivery date of the purchased items.Most merchandise is shipped domestically via FedEx Ground, USPS, or UPS Ground. All orders are shipped with a signature required.
